These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Image Prompt Maker, including our website, app, prompt tools, image tools, subscriptions, credits, and related services.

By using Image Prompt Maker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including prompts, uploads, generated content, purchases, and settings.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Image Prompt Maker. We may refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts where we believe use violates these Terms or creates risk for the service or others.

You keep the rights you have in prompts, uploaded images, generated images, project data, and other content you submit or create through the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload or submit.

Image Prompt Maker may create prompts, images, edits, JSON, or other outputs using automated systems and third-party AI infrastructure.

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it publicly, commercially, or in sensitive contexts.

You may not use Image Prompt Maker to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, create non-consensual intimate imagery, exploit minors, impersonate people deceptively, distribute malware, bypass security controls, or abuse the service.

You may not upload content that you do not have the right to use, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the service, resell access without permission, or interfere with service operation.

Some features may require credits, a paid plan, or a subscription. Prices, credit amounts, feature limits, and billing periods may be shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize applicable charges, taxes, renewals, and fees according to the terms presented at checkout.

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel before the next renewal date. If a free trial or promotional period is offered, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Image Prompt Maker, including the website, interface, branding, software, design, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Image Prompt Maker or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of our service, brand, software, or proprietary technology.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, create derivative works from, or misuse protected parts of the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Image Prompt Maker collects, uses, stores, and shares information. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, payments, analytics, authentication, storage, and AI generation providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Image Prompt Maker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that prompts, generated images, edits, metadata, or other output will be accurate, complete, lawful for your intended use, commercially suitable, or free from similarity to third-party material.

You are responsible for determining whether the service and any generated output are appropriate for your intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Prompt Maker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Image Prompt Maker for the service in the three months before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Image Prompt Maker, its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service unlawfully.

After termination, sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
